MEET OUR NEW ANAMOOSE RESIDENTS!

On 06/09/19, Barb and I welcomed Eldon & JoEllen Ehrman.  They moved in from their farm south of Anamoose and remodeled Phyllis Peiler’s home.   They are retired and their kids are all gown with families of their own.  Their son Adam and Michelle and 2 girls are now living on the farm.  Eldon likes hunting, fishing and raising cattle.  JoEllen likes sewing, crafting, baking and playing cards.

On 06/23/19, I stopped by Rodney & Kathy Lund’s home (former Ruth & Christ Helm Home).  They have been very busy cleaning up the yard, taking down dead trees, shingling the roof, removing cracked side walks and cement walls and putting in many plantings.  They have grown kids and have 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  They moved here from Fargo.  Rodney is a truck driver and Kathy is a retired medical assistant.  They moved to Anamoose because they have a brother and sister who live here and they have been looking for a Victorian home to refurbished.  They are equipped to do this with their many hobbies and talents: welding, sheet rocking, electrical, plumbing, woodworking, interior decorating, sewing, and painting pictures.  Keep an eye open to see the many changes they are making………what a talented couple!

On 07/11/19, I welcomed Father Tom Graner, new priest for Anamoose, Drake and McClusky Catholic Parishes.  He was raised in Garrison, spent the last 12 years in Rugby after spending time in Rollette and Willow City.  Father celebrated his 25th Anniversary as a Priest in June this yr.  His hobbies are reading, golf and gardening.
